First of all...my family's Thanksgiving up in the snow belt went wonderfully. We were all able to be together for the first time since my brother and I have had kids- and it was great just to be able to gather around the table as a whole family again. We had our dinner Monday nite and then just relaxed around the house and let the boys play together. Micah and Tyler are starting to play pretty well together- though we almost had an emergency at the end as the both took a tumble into a table edge. Micah ended up with a bruised up cheek but after a day of telling everyone about it, he has mostly forgotten the episode.
Here are a few pictures from our time up there...
I would love to post more tonite but I am being crazy and going out shopping with my SIL at 4:45 tomorrow morning :) Micah is screaming since he had NO nap today and Addie is ready to eat. The quick of it is that we had a huge snow storm Wednesday, took my SIL and family around 8 hours to travel here (normally takes 2 1/2), we slid and got our car stuck in 4 wheel drive, Thanksgiving was very white and cold (I have pics of the kids playing outside to share tomorrow), food was yummy, and now I am ready to find some earplugs and hit the hay. Nite all and may your turkey settle in your tum tums as you dream.

Woah - you had an eventful Thanksgiving! Glad you're all home safe and sound. Enjoy shopping tomorrow. My sister and I will also be counted among the shopping morons. LOL!
