I had NO idea that my blog wasn't loading right in IE until a friend told me about it tonite. See, I use Mozilla's Firefox as my internet browser. It has WONDERFUL spyware protection and all around is just a more user friendly browser. I will NOT ever go back to Internet Explorer- sorry Microsoft.
So back to my messed up blog.... in Firefox, it viewed correctly ever since I changed my background color and added my little slide show. I had NO idea what-so-ever that IE was making my columns run together on the sides and then bumping my posts to the bottom of the page. Why didn't someone comment and tell me sooner? I feel SOOO dumb now!!! Please- if you ever see something that just doesn't look right- let me know!! Oh- as for the flowers at the top of my page- those are supposed to be transparent background- but I see in IE they aren't and apparently there is no way to get them to look right. Oh well- if you all would switch to Firefox, you would see my blog how I inteded it to be ;)
I have a ton more to say but since it took my forever and a day to figure out how to fix this darn thing to look right for all of you IE users, I have no time tonite. While I love gaining an extra hour of daylight in the evenings, I really really hate loosing my precious hour of sleep tonite.
Addie is awake again and screaming so I must go tend to the princess' needs before the entire city of L'ville is awakened. Update you all tomorrow. Nite.

Much better Jen! Don't worry, we don't think you're a doofus :) And by the way, I downloaded Firefox since you were raving about it so much but I don't see the big difference? Oh well, have a good week!

you won't get as many spyware programs downloaded on your computer (have you ever done a search for those on your computer?) and it is just a easier interface. Most of all though- it is in the security it offers...

I use firefox as well. So I didn't see anything wrong until I was at your parent's house. But then I was just thinking that it was your parent's monitor since it's a dino. At my parent's house when using IE, it was fine. Maybe it is just certain computers. I know for me as well using IE occasionally, not anymore too many errors, but it always looked right. And my blog used the same template, but was fine. That's why I am thinking monitors. or something like that. But either way it looks fine now!

it actually was messed up on bigger IE since I changed the colors. I found that I forgot to close a tag- firefox didn't pick that up- but IE did and just messed the whole darn thing up. Grrr!!
