Have you all missed me? ;) Yeah, I am sure that no one was crying during my absence, but eh, a girl can dream- right? :)
We are FINALLY home for a span of more than 6 days- it is almost hard to imagine. Of course this means I have TONS of things to catch up on, from grocery shopping to bills, friends, school planning/ shopping, photography stuff, and just plain ole relaxing, but MAN am I looking forward to it.
We just returned from a WONDERFUL mission trip with our mission team of 12 youth, 8 adults and 3 infants/toddlers. Everything went amazingly well- even with a tragic accident that affected our entire team. I truly believe youth's lives were touched and I pray that they can take everything they encountered this week and keep it alive in their daily routines.
Micah is sad to be without all his "friends". His comedy act has been reduced back to our small family audience and I think he is already starving for interaction ;) If you ever want to hear some funny jokes- Micah is your guy ;)
It is supposed to be entirely too hot in the coming week- I forsee many days out in the kiddie pool with the kids :) I am sure it will be fun though- I realized Ms. Addie is quite a little fish/ daredevil in the water- she kept attemping to dive in the kiddie pool face first. Both kids are sporting a nice tan from our few pool trips we managed to squeeze in before nap time while at Lakeside. Being there during peak summer season really made Tim and I want to go visit up there- just our family and actually spend time relaxing and enjoying Lakeside life. It was so insanely busy while there this last week and though we are going there on vacation in August- when you have 17 people, things get busy and crazy at times. We are looking forward to that week though- it will be nice to get away and have no major responsibilities.
Gosh- I am sure there is so much I could talk about but I just don't even know how or what to spit out. I do have pictures to upload, but haven't yet resized them- so Blogger would just spit them right back at me. Actually, maybe I will go work on that now and post an update later on ;) Capish?
