But in the end, it was a lot of fun :)
It all started off with a birthday party for my friend's daughter at 11. We had a great time- Micah and Addie loved playing there and it was great just to hang out and chat with everyone for awhile.
After the party we headed out to Belden Village to run a few errands. Wellllll, those errands took a Loooooong time- LOL. We started off at Best Buy- spending our Best Buy bucks. I picked up a new laptop case that is more briefcase like- something I really needed with transporting business stuff from here to there.
After Best Buy, we went to Old navy to spend our $10 off coupon- I found jeans for $10 and Tim was able to find a couple of nice shirts- all one clearance- that is my type of shopping ; )
Following Old Navy, we ventured over to Borders to look for a book for Tim's editing program- which of course they didn't have. We did pick up a couple of magazines with Mac information though. I am loving having a mac- but there is just so much we still need to learn about it. Hopefully these will help a bit.
After Borders, headed to Sams Club- and darn it- you go in for certain things and come out with sooo much more. Today was the worst- it was sample day and I swear, we got a full course meal out of the samples- and a few of them ended up in our carts somehow. Aye aye aye- we are stocked up in food now- LOL. Anyone up for a party ; )
After Sams Club we went to Dicks and made a fun purchase : ) I am sure you will hear about it soon ; ). I also loathed over the Nike+ running shoes- I LOVE em. I only wish they worked with any Ipod, it isn't really worth it to have to go buy a new Ipod just to use them. Darn Nike. (off shoot of this thought- we watched a movie last nite about Steve Prefontaine- which many of you have no idea whom I am talking about- but it was his coach that designed the first running shoes with the waffle like treading on the bottom and called his shoe "Nike"- he was a co-founder of this now world famous company )
After Dicks we went to Toys R Us to look for a scooter for Micah and actually found something similar to what we were looking for. Unfortunately, now after we have it home, we actually want the other one b/c of the better stability. Another trip back is in store.
After TRU Tim ran into Berean to pick up some new cirriculum books for youth and we FINALLY headed home. A quick stop at his parents and we were home- well- for a few minutes. I then remembered I had to run out and get milk at Giant Eagle- LOL.
We are finally home and both kids pretty much passed out into bed- Addie actually pushed me away from here when I tried to rock her and wanted right in the crib. No whimpers or anything tonite- she was out before I could walk out of her room. Hopefully it is a nice restful sleep : ) Did it make you all tired just reading this?
Tomorrow we have church and then are heading down to New Philly to visit Tuscora Park. It should be a nice relaxing afternoon :) Just in time for a new crazy busy week.
I now have two senior sessions scheduled during the week this week- call me crazy but it will all work out : ) I can't wait in all honesty- this is fun work! Tim has another leadership training session and the first home football game is this Friday- which means our first football parking nite. Those are usually fun- sometimes crazy- but fun none-the-less.
I will also being doing website work this week- ekkk- I know what I am doing and a vision of the final product BUT getting that out will be the fun part. Hopefully by this time next week I will be about done and ready to take it live. I just pray that it all goes smoothly.
Needless to say, I am sllllleeepy and thinking that it might be time to call it a nite. I have a stiff neck (don't even ask how that happened- it is quite a dumb story ) and my eyes are so heavy I feel like Fred Flinstone (if you remember back to the 80s, he was always falling asleep and had tried to hold his eyes open with toothpicks- which always broke ).
Until tomorrow or whenever. Nite
