ok- maybe not "need" but I "want" this. How stinkin cool is this? Seriously? Aye aye aye. We are already MAC fanatics and have had Ipods for quite sometime so why not move to this :) (ok ok- not even released yet, price, the fact we are under contract with Verizon, the fact we already have ipods, etc, etc...) BUT a girl can dream- right ;)

Go see for yourself...
Apple IPhone

In other news...I finished a book last nite- one that only took me 24 hours to read (yes- I read quickly!) but it was so good I hated to have to put it down. It was called "The Memory Keepers Daughter"
ok- I just spent quite awhile trying to write up a review but just couldn't get the right words to come out on the page so... I am just going to copy and paste what is written on the Amazon page about this novel.
From Publishers Weekly
"The Memory Keepers Daughter hinges on the birth of fraternal twins, a healthy boy and a girl with Down syndrome, resulting in the father's disavowal of his newborn daughter. A snowstorm immobilizes Lexington, Ky., in 1964, and when young Norah Henry goes into labor, her husband, orthopedic surgeon Dr. David Henry, must deliver their babies himself, aided only by a nurse. Seeing his daughter's handicap, he instructs the nurse, Caroline Gill, to take her to a home and later tells Norah, who was drugged during labor, that their son Paul's twin died at birth. Instead of institutionalizing Phoebe, Caroline absconds with her to Pittsburgh. David's deception becomes the defining moment of the main characters' lives, and Phoebe's absence corrodes her birth family's core over the course of the next 25 years. David's undetected lie warps his marriage; he grapples with guilt; Norah mourns her lost child; and Paul not only deals with his parents' icy relationship but with his own yearnings for his sister as well"

It is an amazing book that had me riveted from start to finish and I a happy to have started the year off with this book and would recommend it to anyone looking for a compassionate read about the effect a simple lie can have on human lives.

With that, i am off to get the kids down for a nap. Swim classes started up again today and they are both exhausted. Addie already napped in my arms (which never happens anymore) while Micah swam but is ready to go down again. Hope you all are having a great Thursday- only one more day until the weekend is here! :)
