I have really been trying

to plan out all of the week's meals on or by Sunday each week. I usually am able to run to the grocery store that day alone and can make sure I have all the ingredients needed and it just makes things run soo much more smoothly each evening :) I thought I would share this week's line-up in case anyone was running short on ideas for something different.

Today: pork roast and sauerkraut in the crockpot and then mashed potatoes and corn
Tuesday: Cheese Tortilleni and Garlic Bread, possibly salad
Wednesday: Pork Chops and Pierogies, Broccoli
Thursday: Tater Tots, Kielbasa and some vegetable (my easy peasy nite ;) )
Friday: BBQ chicken, baked Potatoes, mixed Vegetables
Saturday: Leftovers if any are left (we usually eat leftovers for our lunches...so sometimes there isn't much left for a meal)

Things are always subject to change...but this is my skeleton of a plan for this week. It really is SO much easier to do things this way...I just look at my list in the morning, get things ready that I will need and then wait until time to start cooking- no worrying about if I have the ingredients or last minute frets as to what to eat for the evening.
