100 mile club at Nike+. Wow- that is like me running to my parent's house...
yeah so it took me over a year... BUT... I made it :) I promise to do better this coming year- now that I am going it is easier to keep up- at least until it gets to be -10 outside ;)
You can have fun following my progress if you really wish with the icon below ;) My average there of 10.29- that includes walks and such... I usually run around a 9:13- 9:20 mile according to my ipod... I think it is off a bit so probably about 10 secs. or so slower than that BUT... it is getting faster :)
