So my little insomniac just came downstairs because she was "so sad". She went into some long story about why and as I was about to tell her to head back to bed she looked at me and said... "Mommy, I like you. You are cool" she then proceeded to inch her way down the rest of the stairs and told Tim the same thing. She definitely knows how to weasel her way around anything.
In other news... Micah has an art show tomorrow at school. They have worked on things all year long and they have a little half hour reception with cookies and punch for the parents to view their work. I can't wait b/c I know how much Micah likes art. It should be fun :)
Tomorrow nite my parents are coming down to stay and then we are having a little Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday. It will be my first time doing anything like this. The most I have ever done is make green bean casserole. I figure it can't be too hard- right? I got the turkey and all of the fixings that I could think of. I figure, I have made stuffed chicken so it can't be much harder can it?
I am off to watch Grey's and then finish doing some little odds and ends around the house before bed. Until next time...
