Here are a few pictures from Easter morning. It was freezing cold... we had to have sweaters on over dresses and no outdoor pictures with the kids but we made do as best as we could. So...
Addie LOVED her Cinderella Princess game- so much that she cried when we had to leave for church. Micah has really been into Lincoln Logs so since they didn't need much candy, the Easter bunny brought them those two things, a few packs of MM's, fruit snacks and Coloring books. It all worked out well :) It is fun to see how they are really starting to understand the religious aspect of holidays. Micah was telling us all about how Jesus died for us- very sweet to hear it in his words.
I had all of (well the one's from Ohio :) ) Tim's family over for Easter dinner. I think everything went well... it was crazy with 13 people here but we had fun. It is always nice to get together. I wish Abbey and Jerry lived closer- the kids have a blast with one another. They were sad to have to leave one another today but they will be back together in two weeks so this time isn't such a long stretch.
We are going to visit my family this coming weekend... it is my brother's son's birthday party and it just worked out best for us not to travel this weekend since it is so crazy when you are in ministry. It will be great to get together with them :) (and Mom, if you are reading this... please make some pickled eggs!! you know I love em and have been waiting...)
