A sweet little baby boy took hold of me and made me a Mommy. We waited so long for his arrival... my stubborn little boy that decided to make us wait over a week after his due date to actually meet him. My stubborn little boy that made me labor for hours and hours before finally emerging via c-section only to be whisked off to NICU before we ever really got to meet.
I loved him from the moment they held him up for me to see and that love keeps growing stronger each and every day. We of course have our moments (as every mom does) but man, that little guy knows how to pull my heart strings.
I am SO proud of who he is becoming- he is such an amazingly smart person- he floors us with the things he knows. He is always thinking and SO creative... I see great things in the future for him and I can't wait to see where he goes. All I know is that I am proud to be called his Mom.
