*First, we end the week at VBS, Micah gets a fever then complains of a sore throat... Strep. (who gets strep in the summer?)
*Silas projectile vomits repeatedly... sort of reminded me of what I imagine Old Faithful looking like...
*Plans to take kids to a amusement park get jumbled and misconstrued...
*I have coupon for BOGO entree at one of our fav. restaurants, coupon gets misplaced and left at home...
*B/C of previous mishap Tim chooses ulterior eating establishment and I get a undercooked chicken sandwhich
*Laid back evening of a playground visit/ milkshake treat ends with AAA having to come and jump our van... even though our battery is less than 6 months old (and this is the second time now in less than a month...)
*Cool weather and grey skies...
In trying to be positive (since I complained that Tim has been negative lately...) we did have a nice outdoor late lunch/ early dinner of steaks, salad and watermelon, we bought a new coffee pot (our first real one... I had/ have the senseo but it was recalled and my coffee tastes are growing stronger so I figured it was time for a "real" one)... I found some cute summer things at ON for both Silas and I and I went running two times...I got starbucks and a Sonic Strawberry Limeade Chiller (not the same day and thus the reason I have to go running...)...
Still not sure the good outweighs the bad... esp. since I am about to experience single parenthood with three kids in the near future and I was hoping for some extra fun this weekend but I guess things don't always go to plan...

yeah, sometimes plans stink...i am always one to get disappointed if my plans/expectations aren't met...but today my goal is to GO WITH THE FLOW! oh and let mark be in charge of the daily events. i can do laundry on tuesday or wednesday.... ;)
