How can it be that we are already halfway through another year of Si's life? Sometimes I really wish time would slow down but instead it keeps ticking by faster and faster. Thankfully he still likes to cuddle and I am taking all that I can get... I know all too well how quickly that urge will disappear.
I have no idea how "big" he is but he is sturdy and solid. Thankfully he still has curly blondish brown hair (even with four haircuts... I really hope the curls stay) and bright blue eyes. He says about 20 or so words with his favorites being "Ahhhhh Eeeeeee" (Addie) and "No" He is as ornery as ever... always into something or climbing or beating on something. He is not like either of the other two- they were so much calmer and quieter- LOL.
His favorite activities include riding his little truck outside, jumping on the trampoline, trying to run into the street when we play outside, watching Dora and Kai Lan, "reading", talking on his phone and trying to empty every cupboard and climb every item in our house.
He has went potty on the big boy potty 2x and we just now pulled out his potty and he has went #2 on it twice (and then once proceeded to stand up and pee... nice) I am not pushing anything- it is there if he wants to sit on it and if he doesn't- no problem. I just want him to get used to the idea so that when I am ready to actually tackle potty training he will have an idea of what we are doing.
I am sure it will feel like no time until I am posting that he just had his 2nd birthday but I am trying to enjoy every moment. He is discovering his world and even if it wears me out, I am glad to be part of that world.
