The Voices Within Me

ahhh- the holiday season. so wonderful and serene and yet so busy and stressful at the same time. i feel this weekend really begins the whole holiday season for us- we have our first get together on saturday in pennsylvania (one of two times a year i am able to see all of my large extended family). santa will be there as will tons of aunts, uncles, cousins, and second cousins and more. there will be lots of eating and sharing of the warm holiday spirit :)
after this weekend we have endless get together after get together. i love it but i also love just sitting and enjoying the lights and sounds with my family. i know that in no time it will all be over and i will feel empty again but if only i could just stretch the activities throughout the year.
it is snowing here again tonite- though it is really nothing compared to what those in the snowbelt are getting. the roads are completely covered right now- but i must say- it looks absolutely beautiful and just really makes all of the christmas lights sparkle.
so i have another photo shoot on tuesday- this time with two little girls :) i can't wait to photograph them- they are both absolutely adorable and i have no doubt that the pictures will turn out gorgeous! i am actually going to their house for this shoot so that we can incorporate their tree and decorations- i am sure it will be a great time :)
