My joy of cool weather only lasted a day- today it was back near 90 again. This meant another day of swimming- which both kids absolutely loved.
I got a few things down around the house though I STILL have more laundry to do. Good grief- how many clothes did we go through in a week? YIKES!!
Addie is crying off and on in her bed- trying to determine whether or not to go and try to comfort her- the girl is so stubborn- she will fall asleep standing up rather than sit down and relax. Actually, I wouldn't doubt it if she was doing that now. When I hear a slight cry and then silence then a cry- this is usually the case. See- she will fall asleep, start to fall and jerk back awake. Sigh...
We had a yummy dinner tonite- so nice to cook a full meal at home again. Tonite was Lemon Brocolli Chicken Stir fry with strawberry shortcake for dessert. YUM YUM!! Tomorrow is Hamburgers, hotdogs, homemade french fries, potatoe and fruit salad. I think I am going to make up some sun tea as well. :) I can't wait- I need to sleep to have tomorrow come sooner ;)
Well, Addie is still at it and I feel bad. That girl has us wrapped around her finger. Here are a few more pictures from swimming today. Addie went down the slide and LOVED it and Micah finally allows water to be splashed in his face. I played around with th one picture a bit- I loved how you could see her bottom four teeth and just felt the contrast was perfect for a black and white. It is a bit blown on the one side- but I still love it (even if it is just with my Mommy Goggles on ;) )

Look at how light her hair is getting! It was hot out today. It was the first day I had been outside since Friday and I thought I was going to melt. And it looks like Micah is getting quite the little tan going on!

Looks like the kids were having a blast!!!! It is definitley too hot right now!!!!
Mackenzie was always that stubborn about naps!!! She still fights sleep so much, yet needs sleep so bad!
