Busy Week

I still don't feel as though I have had a chance to breathe even with us being home for a week now. Of course, during the week home, I also started a new job so maybe that is part of it. Add in two photo sessions, two t-ball games and finalizing tax stuff for the first half of 2008 and my life is still crazy. Next week won't get too much better... we are watching my niece, Harper, while her Mom is on a mission trip to Guatemala. So... it shall be more craziness! We have some fun things planned for the evenings so it shouldn't be too bad but it will take a bit of getting used to. One nite down and so far things are going pretty smoothly :)
Tomorrow we are headed to Lake Mohawk for a swimming, tubing, etc... It should be fun :) I hope it isn't too hot... and that I am not stranded on a jet ski like last year.

Work started off ok this week. I have a lot of organizing to do but I enjoy stuff like that. I am trying to get things in order for the fall and new school year... how quickly it is approaching. I am excited by all the oppurtunities, I just hope other people feel the same way.
In photography news, I had a senior and newborn session this week. The senior session went great and I can't wait to show the mom the proofs. The newborn session went great as far as images but oh my did we have some action. LOL. The poor dad ended up with every body fluid imaginable on him but we perservered and have some amazing photos to show for it (if I say so myself :) ) I love little newborns... hopefully we will have one of our own sometime in the near future.

We had some friends over Friday nite and stayed up way late playing the Wii and reminiscing about days gone by. It was great to get together and catch up... hopefully we can do it more often once school starts and things aren't quite as crazy. Then again, I always say that and somehow it is always crazy so who knows?!?!

I suppose I should get to sleep sometime soon... I am sure I will need all my energy this week. The kids are so excited to be together and I am looking forward to our little trips and such so... until I have another free moment...
