The Voices Within Me

ahhh- it was soooo nice out today :) The kids and I spent most of the afternoon at the park- drawing with chalk, swinging, sliding- all those fun park activities. It was wonderful. We came in to rest a bit- but when Tim came home we went out again- this time taking a long wagon ride up to the high school to try and see a few youth from our church in their sporting events. Even though we didn't really get to see anyone- it was a great, relazing time to be able to get out and get more fresh air. Thankfully, my sinus thing seems to have cleared up since this afternoon- hopefully it will stay that way- it was getting annoying after just a day.

Tomorrow it is supposed to rain, so not sure what all we will plan. Probably a long, grey sultry day inside- blah!! Thankfully, I don't have to cook anything tomorrow- we are headed over to my inlaws to have Easter dinner with them and my SIL's family since they are headed to the Lake on Easter Sunday following church. We haven't been over there for a few weeks- so it will be nice to sit and visit a bit again :)

Part of my plan this week was to get our bedroom ready to paint so that I could work on it this week- HA- hasn't happened yet. Oh well- I am sure I will be able to do it soon enough. I know it is going to look great- but it is just so hard to find time when I am chasing around two little ones all day long. I really want to get it done- but without chaining the two of them up (totally kidding here ;) ) there is no way I can even attempt a project such as this. Maybe if it is raining tomorrow they will take loooong naps and I can start doing something.

I don't really have much else to post about tonite- but I will share a couple of LOs my friend Nikki created using pics of Ms. Addie. She is absolutely amazing and WOW I am just in love with what she was able to do on each and every one. I also want to share a picture I happened to snap of Addie playing today- she was by our front door "reading" a book and while not technically "trying" to get a "keeper" picture- I am sooo happy with how this one turned out :)
