The Voices Within Me

It was so nice to have the noise back in the house tonite (well for the most part ;) ) Micah is finally home and it was great to have him back. When he walked in the door, he wrapped his arms around my legs and didn't let go for about 10 minutes. It sure does feel good to be loved.
He is full of tons of stories... from the food they ate, to his first time skating, to the Human Body book they read... he definitely had a wonderful time.

Micah heads back to school tomorrow- hopefully to have his Valentine's party and it is break week from dance. So... barring any snow, things will be a bit more normal around here. I have been finishing up planning things for Micah's party, working on business stuff, getting taxes figured out (good grief- being self employed and owning a business is OBNOXIOUS at tax time!) and all that fun stuff. I have done a TON of baking (spring really needs to come so I get out of this habit!!) and a lot of eating as well ;) As you can imagine, life is good- lol.

I have a few more invites for Micah's school friends to get into envelopes (I have to share a few of them tomorrow- he wrote them himself and some are quite funny!) and then I think I am off to bed. I have been exhausted lately and tonite is no different. Until next time...
