Nope- I am not pregnant ; ) and have no plans to be anytime soon. And now, neither is one of our friends. Our friends, Jaimie and Angie had their little girl early this morning. Of course that is exciting and special in and of itself BUT, today is also Jaimie's mom's birthday. Again, in and of itself, sort of neat. BUT...his Mom died of cancer maybe 8 years ago...and then his little sister died about two years later from another form of cancer. Their first little girl was named after both his Mom and Sister and now, little Anna Christina shares a birthday with the grandmother she unfortunately will never get to know (at least on earth). They knew this date was a possibility earlier in the week...she actually went in (and planned on delivering) yesterday morning- and was in labor for almost 24 hours :( But it is as if Grandma was up there in heaven holding little Anna just a bit longer and allowing her to share her own special day.
